He also has proven track record with demonstrated skills in the field of strategic planning & decision making, financial management, accounting, budgeting, costing, inventory, logistics management, shipping, exports, internal audit, business development, supply chain management and distribution. Expert user of Oracle Enterprise Business Applications (Oracle ERP 11i) especially financial modules; office management applications; Hands on experience of designing, implementation and training of accounting applications and inventory management systems.

His experience routed through the Negotiate and structure short/long term financing facilities with financial institutions; Coordinate with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analyses, reports, and recommendations; Review and assess credit risk of account receivables. Approves credit worthiness of new local and foreign customers; Coordinate with banks, SECP, Revenue Department, Lawyers and Evaluators in respect of perfection of charges and mortgages; Liaison with overseas factoring companies, customers and banks for framing payment terms and securing credit through factoring arrangements; Conduct financial evaluation of customer orders/contracts and recommend its acceptance or rejection; Implement targets for collection from customers as set by the management & monitor performance of related cash inflows; Budgeting and allocate cash flow utilization and sources of finance; Organize, train and manage internal audit team for conducting internal audit activities; Prepare plans for financial, operational and compliance audits; Prepare detailed internal audit programs and targets to be assigned to internal audit teams; Supervise internal audit activities and ensure quality of work; Conduct physical stock taking across the organizational network of stock locations.

Evaluate and improve internal controls especially over inventory, accounts receivable and cash/bank; Evaluate cash flow budgets for the year, report variances and suggest revisions; Report performance of internal audit at monthly, quarterly and annual management meetings; Conduct any special audit or fraud investigations as assigned by CEO; Analyze and assess information needs of different information stakeholders & convert these information requirements into functional specifications for software development; Monitor compliance of application developments as per planned timelines; Identify opportunities to improve automation in every department of the organization through the use of software applications, computer hardware, bar code readers & scanners; Evaluate performance of final versions of software applications developed by MIS technical personnel & recommend improvements; Ensure audit trail in software applications and system built-in internal controls.
